💼 About This Role

You'll play a central role in defining Upvest's long-term financial direction, building sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making at this high-growth fintech. You'll partner with the Risk team to ground financial roadmaps in regulatory capital planning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own 3-statement financial models to capture business dynamics
• Own workstreams in rolling forecasts, annual planning, and management reporting
• Evaluate major business initiatives like product launches and partnerships
• Partner with Data team to build scalable financial frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Strategic Finance, IB, MC, PE, or similar role
• Advanced financial modelling skills and analytical capability
• Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting fundamentals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth environments
• CFA, ACA or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in modern FP&A tools (e.g., Abacum)
