💼 About This Role

You'll shape governance and operationalization of policies across Bumble's platforms, evolving toward AI- and LLM-enabled moderation systems. You'll ensure policies are scalable, enforceable, and aligned with global safety regulations, directly influencing safety for millions of members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead transition to LLM-first enforcement architecture with guardrails and oversight.
• Own complex policy domains and drive cross-policy alignment.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations.
• Design and maintain policy lifecycle governance processes.

📋 Requirements

• 6–8 years experience in Trust & Safety policy, ML governance, or AI safety.
• Deep understanding of LLM systems and content moderation architectures.
• Experience designing Responsible AI governance frameworks.
• High fluency in data analysis and enforcement metrics.
