Description

You will lead the evolution of the Moveworks AI Assistant platform, tackling challenges in agent orchestration, latency optimization, agent memory, and more. You'll set technical direction, mentor engineers, and partner with experts to build reliable AI agent systems at scale.

Requirements

• 6+ years designing, building, and improving production systems at scale
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical design and execution across multiple projects
• Clear communication about complex engineering problems and systems
• Comfort giving and receiving feedback, holding high operational standards
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, and/or Java in a Mac development environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and solve engineering challenges in agent orchestration, sandboxed file systems, latency optimization, agent memory, LLM self-reflection, knowledge graphs, and multimodal I/O
• Define and deliver frontier AI distributed systems productionized at scale
• Set technical direction and influence roadmap for broad engineering areas
• Mentor engineers on technical design, execution, and excellence
• Collaborate with ML engineers, product, security, and customer success teams
