You'll support our Advisory team providing strategic guidance to high-growth clients across venture capital, private equity, and middle-market enterprises. Your core impact will involve leading project areas such as M&A, valuations, and technical accounting. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements
• Perform entity and asset valuations
• Prepare technical accounting and financial reporting advisory
• Assess governance, risk, and controls including SOX

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Pursuing CPA designation
• At least 2 years professional experience in external audit, transaction diligence, or internal controls advisory

✨ Nice to Have

• Big 4 or industry-leading CPA firm experience
• Experience in technology advisory including SOC reports
• Cyber risk and automation knowledge
