You'll provide technical assistance to customers and partners of a leading hotel commerce platform. Your expertise will help maintain the SiteMinder brand and enable customers to better integrate products. This role offers a hybrid working model and equity packages.

  • Provide technical support for SiteMinder products and services.
  • Develop customer relationships via phone, chat, and other channels.
  • Identify customer needs, set expectations, and resolve issues.
  • Act as technical expert and communicate issues internally.

  • High level of customer service and IT technical skills.
  • Fluent German and English communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to quickly analyze and resolve problems.
  • Tech-savviness across multiple platforms in a KPI-driven environment.
