You'll provide technical assistance to customers and partners of a leading hotel commerce platform. Your expertise will help maintain the SiteMinder brand and enable customers to better integrate products. This role offers a hybrid working model and equity packages.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for SiteMinder products and services.
- Develop customer relationships via phone, chat, and other channels.
- Identify customer needs, set expectations, and resolve issues.
- Act as technical expert and communicate issues internally.

- High level of customer service and IT technical skills.
- Fluent German and English communication skills.
- Analytical skills to quickly analyze and resolve problems.
- Tech-savviness across multiple platforms in a KPI-driven environment.
