💼 About This Role

You'll execute external communication tactics for Flatiron Health's international teams, driving initiatives that position our Real-World Evidence experience in oncology. You'll collaborate with local Partnerships teams and US Communications/Marketing to develop content, manage events, and amplify our patient advocacy program. This role requires strategic storytelling and social/digital experience in healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop communication roadmaps and tactical plans aligned with business objectives
• Draft content and editorial calendars for key conferences and events
• Coordinate Flatiron's participation in conferences, managing logistics and registrations
• Support communications activities that amplify the Flatiron Voices program

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience in marketing or external communications
• Native-level English and German speaker (C2)
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance communications workflows
