Description

You will guide customers in designing and building reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB's data platform. Working closely with sales teams, you'll help solve business problems, win deals, and drive growth while acting as a trusted advisor to a wide range of users.

Requirements

• 8-11 years customer-facing experience, 5-7 in pre-sales with enterprise software
• Min 3 years experience with modern scripting or programming languages (Python, Node.js, Java, C#)
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications and infrastructure leveraging MongoDB
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning and pipeline generation
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and events
• Foster customer relationships and ensure success and satisfaction
