You'll partner with Celonis Sales to drive customer value journeys using the Process Intelligence Platform. You'll blend process and industry expertise to help customers achieve strategic goals and realize measurable business impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate customer priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
• Support building business cases and communicating value to C-Level
• Guide customers to identify process improvement opportunities
• Develop strategic Celonis roadmaps for expansion and adoption

📋 Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing role with SaaS or consulting
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python
• Experience in business process improvement and value realization
• Ability to manage multiple projects and executive stakeholder communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of Finance or Supply Chain domain
• Degree in Technology Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience with SAP, RPA, or BI tools
