Description

You will oversee project execution for satellite component manufacturing, interface with customers, define programmatic processes, and lead decision-making. This role involves managing risks, optimizing cost and schedule, and ensuring timely delivery within budget for complex space missions.

Requirements

• 5+ years program management in aerospace or similar production environment
• Experience managing NPI project/program management activities
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
• Problem-solving, data analysis, and project planning skills
• Compliance with U.S. export-control laws

• Define program requirements based on customer proposals
