You'll lead teams owning IT Operations, DevOps/Platform Engineering, and Security Engineering at Everlywell. You'll drive cloud infrastructure and security engineering for a digital health company serving millions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and grow engineers and IT specialists while contributing technically.
• Own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and internal tooling.
• Lead security engineering: implement controls, automate, and respond to incidents.
• Ensure IT help desk SLAs and secure onboarding/offboarding processes.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Security Engineering.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with HITRUST, SOC2, HIPAA, or similar compliance frameworks.

• Relevant certifications (AWS Security, CISSP).
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, Golang).
