You'll join a small engineering team to build a differentiated AI coaching product. Your core impact will be designing AI-enabled capabilities and translating coaching insights into AI Agents. This role stands out for its 0-to-1 product focus and integration with a real coaching team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build features and experiences from 0-to-1
• Design AI-enabled capabilities on top of foundational models
• Translate coaching insights into AI Agents with the coaching team
• Build pipelines and integrations for data import/export

📋 Requirements

• Experience shipping data-related products into production
• Comfortable with dynamic programming languages and server-side web apps
• Experience with event-driven architectures and traditional web stacks
• Understanding of data engineering and software architecture concepts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Go, Typescript, or Ruby
• Opinions on designing search indexes and data pipelines
• Using LLM-based coding tools like cursor or cody
