You'll drive scaling of our housing products, leading end-to-end customer implementations across the product suite. You'll program manage product launches and own the customer feedback loop to drive improvements. This role offers full autonomy and significant impact in a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations across product suite
• Program manage product launches and create enablement materials
• Own customer feedback loop from Gong, support tickets, surveys
• Manage compliance, readiness, and operational projects

📋 Requirements

• Experience in implementation management for B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of complex operational workflows
• Track record in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder implementations
