• Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and licensing

📋 Requirements

• Massachusetts EEC Director II certification (required)
• Previous experience as a Childcare Center Director in a daycare or preschool setting
• Strong knowledge of EEC compliance and childcare regulations
• Experience with enrollment management and staff leadership
