💼 About This Role

You'll lead our Account Management team as a trusted advisor to board-level clients, driving satisfaction and growth within the Nextech vertical by ensuring seamless delivery of RCM services. Your core impact will be accelerating revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction through strategic oversight and talent development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of RCM Account Managers.
• Serve as executive liaison for C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting structures.
• Drive account growth and retention by identifying opportunities for new services.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing client-facing account management teams.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes (coding, billing, AR, collections, denials).

• Experience with RCM platforms (NextGen preferred) and automation tools.
• Specialty RCM knowledge in podiatry.
• Experience managing enterprise-level clients with C-suite engagement.
