💼 About This Role

You'll join Brave Health to provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth to underserved populations. You'll work with a mission-driven team expanding access to affordable, high-quality care for Medicaid and Medicare patients. This role offers a fully remote schedule with no weekends and bilingual bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient therapy via telehealth platform
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning
• Collaborate with clients to achieve mental health goals
• Utilize telehealth and internal communication tools daily

📋 Requirements

• Master's level degree in social work or counseling
• Active LCSW or equivalent licensure
• Unrestricted work authorization in the US
• Privacy-compliant home workspace

• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience with substance abuse diagnosis
• Proficiency in additional languages
