💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end payroll operations for a global workforce across multiple jurisdictions. You'll shape scalable processes and ensure compliance as the company expands into new markets. This is a fully remote role with a chance to make an impact at a rapidly growing tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end payroll lifecycle via PEO partners
• Maintain employee data and review timesheets and deductions
• Coordinate PEO provider transitions and data migration
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of US and international payroll administration experience
• Hands-on experience with PEO providers like ADP, Vensure, or similar
• Strong understanding of US payroll laws and multi-state tax regulations

• Experience or interest in using AI tools for payroll efficiency
