Description

You will serve as the first point of contact for new clients, conducting physical equipment audits, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This part-time role requires regional travel and involves inspecting, photographing, and documenting assets in restaurant locations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must be 25+ years old (rental car age minimum)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Strong problem resolution skills with a passion for helping customers
• Ability to spot things others may miss
• Experience working in a restaurant or as a service provider
• Ability to be on feet for up to 10 hours, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, access roofs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Onboarding Team to book travel and schedule onsite appointments
• Conduct thorough physical audits of equipment including inspecting, photographing, and documenting every asset
• Prepare professional inventory recaps with organized images and clear communication to the internal team
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with new customers through exemplary professionalism and high-level service
