Requirements
- 5+ years residential real estate experience, strong preference for listing agent in Charlotte
- Minimum 10+ units closed per year
- Proven ability to build relationships and trust through communication
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Active or recently active real estate license preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage partnerships with top-performing brokerages
- Coach and train agents on products and drive sales
- Manage transactions from top of funnel through repair negotiations
- Provide white glove engagement to hit productivity metrics
- Work with brokerage leadership to drive in-office sales
