Description

As an eCommerce Sales Manager (internally known as Program Manager), you will lead online sales initiatives for branded merchandise programs. You will develop sales strategies, manage merchandise assortments, collaborate on marketing campaigns, and analyze performance to drive growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in ecommerce sales management in retail or consumer goods
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and online merchandising
• Proficiency in data analysis and ecommerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Drive strategic merchandise assortment aligned with client preferences
• Collaborate with marketing on online campaigns to increase traffic and conversion
• Monitor sales performance using analytics tools and identify optimization opportunities
