💼 About This Role

You'll lead talent acquisition and performance management for WatchGuard's Americas workforce. You'll partner with the VP of HR to deliver global HR programs, including recruiting, performance reviews, and training. This role offers the chance to design and improve key people processes in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for US roles and support other regions.
• Oversee and optimize the applicant tracking system (Lever).
• Lead global onboarding strategy and 30/60/90-day check-ins.
• Design and manage the annual global MBO process.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of talent acquisition and HR generalist experience.
• Experience in performance management and employee relations.
• Solid understanding of US employment laws with multi-state experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with people data.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BambooHR or other HRIS platforms.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
