💼 About This Role

You'll be the first Solutions Engineer at BrightHire by Zoom, an AI-powered hiring intelligence platform. You'll design and validate technical solutions for enterprise prospects, translating complex system configurations into clear business value. This high-leverage role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and implementation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map prospect's ATS, scheduling tools, and hiring workflows for integration requirements
• Build tailored demo flows translating technical configurations into business value
• Serve as primary implementation lead for POCs
• Own first-pass RFP responses and build reusable assets

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years in HR tech, recruiting tech, or enterprise SaaS
• Prior experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar pre-sales role
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
• Integration literacy with APIs, data flows, and system interactions
