Description

You'll own three complementary pillars of Rubrik's platform: the core data protection engine, the developer and integration ecosystem, and partner alliances. Your work will drive product strategy, apply AI to policy management, and define partnership strategy to extend Rubrik's reach globally.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with at least 3 in senior or director-level role
• Experience owning infrastructure, platform, or data-layer products
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI/ML to product problems (workflow automation, policy management, operational intelligence)
• Strong developer platform instincts (API design, developer experience, integration ecosystems)
• Track record of building or scaling alliance and partnership programs in enterprise B2B context

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy for core data protection engine including Data Lifecycle Management and AI-powered policy management
• Own cloud vault (RCV), replication, and archival for enterprise-scale resilience
• Own API surface, developer experience, and integration framework for platform ecosystem
• Define partner strategy for GSI and technology alliances, building business cases and working cross-functionally
• Operate across technical and commercial contexts, from architecture reviews to partner QBRs
