Description

You will architect and build production-grade Python systems and internal tooling that enable ML, CV, and robotics researchers to rapidly experiment and deploy solutions. You'll collaborate with research and data platform teams, leading engineering best practices and CI/CD workflows while acting as a technical lead and mentor.

Requirements

• Strong background in software architecture and large-scale backend development
• Experience building developer tools, frameworks, or platforms for technical teams
• Proven cloud-based development including data storage, persistence, and hybrid infrastructure
• Collaborative and able to bridge research and production
• Passion for mentoring and promoting engineering best practices

Responsibilities

• Architect production-grade Python systems for fast experimentation and deployment
• Lead engineering best practices around code quality, testing, and documentation
• Build internal tooling, APIs, and libraries to abstract infrastructure complexity
• Collaborate with data platform team to integrate data processing and ML capabilities
• Design CI/CD workflows for research-heavy Python projects
