💼 About This Role

You'll own the enterprise supply plan, integrating rough-cut capacity planning into the S&OP cycle to align supply with demand. Your impact will ensure feasible production strategies and mitigate supply risks for industrial electrical systems. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop enterprise supply plan using rough-cut capacity planning
• Lead supply review in monthly S&OP cycle and present to leadership
• Align supply plans with plant Master Production Schedules
• Identify supply/demand imbalances and develop resolution scenarios
• Lead team of supply planners to optimize inventory and forecast accuracy

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Operations
• 5+ years in supply planning or master scheduling in manufacturing
• Rough-cut capacity planning and MPS development experience
• ERP proficiency required; INFOR/SyteLine preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Power BI or Tableau for KPI tracking
• Cross-functional or dotted-line leadership experience
