You'll drive broker relationships and sell level-funded health plan solutions at Arlo, an AI-native health insurance platform. Your core impact is educating brokers, building trust, and helping them guide small-to-mid-sized employers to choose Arlo. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with health insurance brokers in your territory.
- Educate brokers on Arlo's level-funded health plan solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by driving broker engagement and closing deals.
- Maintain CRM records and report on broker activity and pipeline.
📋 Requirements
- Proven experience in health insurance sales working with brokers.
- Strong understanding of level-funded plans or related products.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned territory.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

- Existing broker relationships in the small-to-mid-sized employer market.
- Familiarity with third-party administrators (TPAs) in health benefits.
