💼 About This Role

You'll own credit risk and data science for the Spanish market at a fast-growing fintech. You'll adapt our lending model to Spain by integrating new data sources, building models, and measuring performance. You'll collaborate with local teams to drive growth while managing risk.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own credit performance and data science for Spain end to end.
• Build and maintain local decisioning models and features.
• Manage API integrations with local data providers.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and underwriting teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years experience in credit risk or analytical role in Spain.
• Experience with consumer lending products (UPL, BNPL, etc.).
• Proficiency in credit risk metrics and portfolio monitoring.
• Strong communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Spanish credit bureau data.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Knowledge of Open Banking data.
