Description

As a Technical Designer III at CannonDesign, you'll independently contribute to design production and coordination on multi-disciplinary project teams, collaborating with architects and engineers. You will prepare design sketches, ensure code compliance, and conduct field observations, while potentially mentoring less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 6 years of related professional experience
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong creative design portfolio and communication skills
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Assist in coordination of engineering systems with engineers and consultants
• Prepare design sketches of moderate to complex site plans
• Evaluate design for code compliance and assist in plan check review
