💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with autism in a learning center, following treatment plans developed by BCBAs. Your work will directly help kiddos develop communication, social, and daily living skills while you gain training and certification in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record behavior analysis and progress in Central Reach data system
• Assist with assessments and communicate progress to BCBAs

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• RBT certification preferred, must obtain within 45 days
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must obtain CPR/BLS certification before working with clients

✨ Nice to Have

• Child care background: teaching, counseling, babysitting
• Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics, Human Development, or Biology
• TRICARE certification
