You will guide Cognigy's customers through their journey with our AI-powered customer experience platform, ensuring they achieve their expected outcomes and expand their usage. By leveraging your enterprise software expertise, you’ll help customers maximize their investment through innovative AI use cases, define success metrics, and drive retention strategies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software industry as a Customer Success Manager with proven track record of driving business outcomes
- Experience with CCaaS, AI, or conversational AI required
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Empathetic to customer needs with user-centric approach
- Openness to travel up to 20% of the time within the USA
Responsibilities
- Guide customers in strategically utilizing Cognigy's technology to enhance investment value through innovative AI use cases
- Identify customer needs through structured discovery processes and coordinate solution implementations
- Define and track customer success metrics, using data to inform strategies and report on value delivered
- Design and implement customer retention strategies, including executive business reviews and engagement plans
- Craft sales proposals aligned with customer goals and negotiate terms beneficial to both parties
