Description

As a Coding Specialist, you will work remotely to challenge and train advanced language models in Spanish. You'll evaluate model responses on software engineering topics, document errors, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science or related field
• Real-world coding experience
• Technical writing in Spanish or open-source contributions
• Fluency in Spanish (Latin America)
• Metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on software engineering tasks in Spanish
• Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency of model responses
• Assess naturalness and correctness of Spanish language usage
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
