Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years front-line customer support experience
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels (digital, voice, etc.)
  • Be a relentless internal advocate for the customer
  • Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise
  • Surface product, process, and training issues using quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting workflows and resolve root-cause issues
