💼 About This Role

You'll build enterprise computer vision and AI deployments for industrial safety and operations. Working directly with customers and the Field CTO, you'll rapidly prototype and ship production-ready code that converts operational bottlenecks into scalable platform features. As the first engineer in this function, you'll define how Voxel delivers software to the field and build the technical foundation for a high-velocity forward-deployed engineering team.

• Build end-to-end systems for enterprise customers

• Create internal tooling and automated workflows for scale

📋 Requirements

• High-velocity generalist engineering capability with track record of shipping production-ready software
• Ability to move from idea to implementation with minimal structure
• Comfortable understanding enterprise operators' bottlenecks and translating to code
• Experience building software in fast-moving startup environments
