💼 About This Role

You'll join a fast-paced emergency veterinary hospital, triaging patients and assisting with treatments. You'll play a core role in providing life-saving care and learning from experienced VEGgies. Hands-on training and growth pathways are built into the role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage incoming patients and guide them toward care
• Assist with treatments, nursing care, and diagnostics
• Set up and monitor anesthesia and sedation cases
• Join patient rounds to ensure continuity of care

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in a veterinary assistant role
• Basic computer skills and practice management software
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg on own and support up to 40 kg

✨ Nice to Have

• Enrolled in an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program
• Emergency or specialty veterinary experience
• Certified in RECOVER CPR
