Description

You will be responsible for deploying OS and application patches, monitoring patch failures, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. You'll troubleshoot performance and security issues, document all activities in the ITSM system, and collaborate with IT Security teams to mitigate vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Systems Engineer
• Hands-on experience with enterprise patch management solutions
• Knowledge of VMware, O365, backups, Windows, macOS, Linux
• 2+ years in customer-facing role, MSP preferred
• Working knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and internet standards

Responsibilities

• Deploy OS and application patches following security guidelines
• Monitor and troubleshoot patch failures
• Maintain compliance with NIST, CIS, ISO 27001
• Perform preventive maintenance on servers, workstations, and network devices
• Document patching and maintenance activities in ITSM system
