You will oversee, grow, and develop an exclusive roster of top digital creators and emerging creatives, taking full ownership of talent relationships and driving new business opportunities. This senior-level role involves proactively identifying brand partnership opportunities, pitching creative strategies, and guiding clients on content and career planning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent management at a reputable firm or agency
  • Demonstrated success managing digital creators, influencers, or artists with strong social and brand presence
  • Highly strategic, organized, and able to balance creative instincts with business goals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and close new business opportunities across brand partnerships, endorsements, appearances, licensing, media, publishing, speaking, and original ventures
  • Serve as primary point of contact for talent, brand/agency partners, publicists, and legal representatives
  • Develop and pitch creative strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives
  • Guide clients on content strategy, career planning, and brand building across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging talent, and competitive landscape in creator economy
