💼 About This Role

You'll join a small, collaborative Financial Operations team at Lendable, a leading UK fintech unicorn. You'll ensure accurate processing of financial transactions and maintain liquidity across the platform. This role offers broad exposure across financial operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Reconcile collections and repayments daily between platform and bank transactions.
• Prepare and execute bank transfers with multiple banking partners.
• Monitor liquidity levels and support cash management.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Data Science, and Product teams.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with reconciliations (bank, cash, payments, or similar).
• Familiarity with executing payments and working with multiple bank accounts.
• Ability to work to daily deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and G-Suite.

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years experience in finance, preferably fintech.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, or data platforms.
• Exposure to consumer credit products or loan servicing.
