- Handle client inquiries related to portfolio transfers via chat and email
- Guide clients through the end-to-end transfer process
- Investigate and resolve transfer issues for accurate execution
- Coordinate with internal teams like Transfer Operations
- Monitor pending cases and provide timely client updates
๐ Requirements
- English proficiency C1 or above
- Customer support experience 1+ year in tech/fintech
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Time-management and multitasking abilities
โจ Nice to Have
- Previous customer service or operations experience
- Familiarity with portfolio transfers or brokerage processes
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
