  • Handle client inquiries related to portfolio transfers via chat and email
  • Guide clients through the end-to-end transfer process
  • Investigate and resolve transfer issues for accurate execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams like Transfer Operations
  • Monitor pending cases and provide timely client updates

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • English proficiency C1 or above
  • Customer support experience 1+ year in tech/fintech
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Time-management and multitasking abilities

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous customer service or operations experience
