Description

As Head of Production, you will take full operational ownership of our site, leading warehouse and planning teams while managing our 3PL partner. You'll ensure efficient, safe, and budget-compliant operations, drive continuous improvement, and develop strategic plans for expansion.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience managing operations or production, ideally in FMCG
• Consistently tracking KPIs and cost metrics in high-pressure environments
• Experience in labour-heavy and agency worker environments
• Deep knowledge of Lean manufacturing (black belt certification preferred)
• Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead production site, warehouse and planning teams, and oversee 3PL managing agencies and hourly workforce
• Drive continuous improvement across cost, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment
• Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans, including potential launch or expansion
• Achieve key KPIs such as efficiency and error rates, with full accountability for budgets
• Mentor, train, and develop the team for career progression
