As the Visual Manager at ALO, you will lead the visual merchandising strategy in our store, ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready. You'll analyze business data to uphold strong visual standards, plan product presentations, and execute visual changes while managing payroll and adapting support to business needs.

Requirements

• Passion for planning, product knowledge, and visual execution
• Ability to analyze reporting and drive efficient visual merchandising
• Constant movement required around store including sales floor and back of house
• Takes initiative to keep store clean, safe, and operating efficiently

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Champion strong visual standards using business performance data
• Lead product presentation and merchandising including recovery, restock, destock
• Plan visual floor changes through payroll management and adapt support to business needs
• Execute visual direction from planning to meeting company expectations and budgets
