🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage Core Sales schedules and travel arrangements.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports using Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Manage office supplies, kitchen orders, and vendor relationships.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative experience.
  • Experience managing calendars in Outlook across time zones.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite, Concur, Dropbox, Zoom, Asana.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Experience with event planning.
