💼 About This Role

You'll oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of real estate funds and investments at a community-focused real estate firm. You will ensure financial data integrity across the investment lifecycle and partner with portfolio management, tax, and auditors to support acquisitions through dispositions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review full-cycle accounting for fund portfolio including financial statements and ledgers
• Prepare fund-level financial statements and assist with investor reporting
• Calculate distribution allocations, waterfalls, and performance returns
• Support treasury functions including liquidity management and cash projections

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7-10 years of related experience in fund accounting
• Yardi system experience with hands-on PE accounting ledger knowledge
• Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel pivot tables and V-Lookups

✨ Nice to Have

• Big 4 or other public accounting experience
• CPA certification
• MBA, CFA, or additional designation
