πΌ About This Role
You'll lead data and analytics for B2C customer acquisition at The Economist Group, driving marketing science and conversion rate optimization across paid, owned, and earned media. Your insights will directly shape strategy and improve business performance.
π― What You'll Do
- Measure effectiveness of paid, owned, and earned media and optimize ROAS
- Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and CLTV for B2C websites and apps
- Manage prioritization of data and analytics roadmap with stakeholders
- Lead and develop a team of data professionals
π Requirements
- SQL expert with experience in Python and/or R
- Significant experience with cloud data platforms and web analytics tools
- Experience in Media Mix Modelling and propensity modelling
- Strong people management and cross-functional stakeholder skills
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms like Blueconic
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and causal inference
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Tableau
