💼 About This Role

You'll own the people strategy and systems for a ~100-person AI software company across the US, UK, and Canada. You'll design compensation philosophy, org design, performance frameworks, and benefits, working directly with leaders. This role requires building people functions from scratch in a flat, titleless organization where you'll both strategize and handle execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define compensation philosophy and equity strategy
• Design performance management and feedback systems
• Lead workforce planning for new markets and geographies
• Own benefits strategy across the US, UK, and Canada

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of Ops/People experience in high-growth startups
• Deep compensation and equity fluency (ISOs, 409A, vesting)
• Experience with org design and workforce planning
• Benefits strategy ownership across multiple jurisdictions
