You will support client success by acting as a liaison between Customer Success and internal teams, assisting with day-to-day activities, managing client inquiries, analyzing data, and leading cross-functional projects to improve the client experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in account management, client success, or similar role
  • Healthcare domain experience required
  • Direct experience with health plans required
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in related field

Responsibilities

  • Assist Client Success Manager with email, follow-ups, ticket tracking, and administrative support
  • Manage client-facing inbox: triage emails, respond, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor and manage support tickets through to resolution, coordinating with internal teams
  • Analyze client data and metrics to generate insights for internal and client-facing initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience by gathering feedback and recommending process enhancements
