🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-year transformation programs.
• Execute strategic planning and cross-functional prioritization.
• Manage program governance and executive reporting.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams across engineering, IT, and security.
• Drive vendor selection, contract negotiations, and integration planning.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years executing complex transformation programs.
• 6+ years leading enterprise technology program delivery.
• Experience with ERP implementations (Oracle Financials).
• Proven track record of full-cycle transformations from business case to operational handoff.
