💼 About This Role

You'll define and drive the ML and LLM strategy for Trase OS, an agentic execution platform powering enterprise deployments in regulated environments. You'll own the end-to-end research-to-production lifecycle, driving breakthroughs in agentic systems and applied AI. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with high-impact product influence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical breakthroughs in agentic systems and applied ML infrastructure.
• Own the full research-to-production lifecycle for ML-powered features.
• Design how LLMs operate within agent workflows, tool use, and multi-step reasoning.
• Establish evaluation systems connecting model performance to system-level outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in machine learning building applied ML systems in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in Java, C++, or related languages.
• Deep expertise in at least one major ML domain such as LLMs and generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop design.
