💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design of AI tools for K-12 math education and coach educators in building custom apps. You'll drive high-leverage math AI solutions across partner schools and districts, shaping what's possible in classrooms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify high-leverage opportunities for AI apps in math teaching and learning
• Build bespoke math apps using Playlab's platform and beyond
• Co-design with math educators through coaching and design sprints
• Set quality standards for math AI tools across the platform

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of K-12 math classroom or instructional leadership experience
• Deep understanding of math teaching and learning and coaching experience
• Experience building AI tools for educational contexts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic problem decomposition or structured math knowledge sources
• Published work in math education or AI in education research
