💼 About This Role

You'll drive customer implementation of Humata Health's automation platform, working with hospital staff to map and optimize prior authorization workflows. Your impact ensures seamless alignment with payer portals and Epic systems. This role offers remote flexibility and the chance to transform healthcare operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own operational workstream deliverables for customer implementations.
• Conduct workflow shadowing sessions to understand current processes.
• Capture workflows in design workbook to inform solution build.
• Validate automations and escalate issues to Engineering team.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on Prior Authorization experience.
• Epic systems expertise (referrals, work queues, coverage).
• Data analysis experience with PowerBI and large datasets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• End-to-end Prior Authorization process knowledge.
• Epic Cadence and SQL skills.
• Experience with healthcare software and HIPAA compliance.
