You'll design and operate lifecycle automation programs for a SaaS company, building systems that scale customer engagement across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. You'll own the engagement model for lower-tier customers, replacing manual account management with automated workflows.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design lifecycle programs across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and churn risk
- Build automated workflows triggered by customer behavior and product usage
- Develop customer health scoring frameworks using product, CRM, and support data
- Own automation within HubSpot and integrate product usage data
๐ Requirements
- 5-7+ years in Customer Success Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, or RevOps
- Experience designing lifecycle automation programs from scratch
- Experience supporting 250+ customers across multiple tiers
- Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)

- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo)
- Experience using AI to design customer lifecycle workflows
