You'll design and operate lifecycle automation programs for a SaaS company, building systems that scale customer engagement across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. You'll own the engagement model for lower-tier customers, replacing manual account management with automated workflows.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design lifecycle programs across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and churn risk
  • Build automated workflows triggered by customer behavior and product usage
  • Develop customer health scoring frameworks using product, CRM, and support data
  • Own automation within HubSpot and integrate product usage data

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in Customer Success Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, or RevOps
  • Experience designing lifecycle automation programs from scratch
  • Experience supporting 250+ customers across multiple tiers
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
