💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end supply chain and fulfillment operations for a consumer health platform shipping physical products across borders. Your core impact is reducing COGS, scaling fulfillment from hundreds to thousands of orders, and eliminating cross-border delays. This role offers the chance to build systems from scratch at a fast-growing Series A–C startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build diversified supply chain with backup suppliers
• Reduce COGS through vendor negotiations and sourcing
• Manage 3PL and carrier relationships with SLAs
• Roll out inventory tracking and procurement planning systems

📋 Requirements

• Owned supply chain, procurement, and fulfillment end-to-end at a physical-product company
• Scaled fulfillment from hundreds to thousands of orders per month at a Series A–C startup
• Managed cross-border shipping between Canada and the US including customs and duties
• Diversified supplier bases and reduced COGS in a resource-constrained environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in consumer health, diagnostics, or medical devices
• Experience with regulated product shipping and import/export requirements
• Understanding of BOMs, production schedules, and materials planning
